6/29日上午8点30分在岗的大堂经理，服务态度非常恶劣，由于艺龙订单存在一些问题，需要与艺龙确认，想利用酒店前台电话，拨打艺龙400客服电话，进行确认（前提是本人的手机当时没有电了），前台大堂经理看到我已经将房费结算完后，便说前台电话无法外拨。在本人反复询问为什么无法外拨时，前台大堂经理便说，你想外拨可以，1分钟3元。请问大堂经理，这个电话是否能外拨？为什么收了钱就能外拨？为什么结算完房费以后，服务态度就那么差？这3元钱1分钟是怎么定价的？物价局有核准吗？你们有明码标价吗？酒店本就应该为客人提供服务，提供方便为宗旨，而不是为客人制造麻烦，制造困难，在旁边看笑话为乐趣。地中海酒店我不止入住一次，这次是感觉最差的一次，另外，同一个合同下预定的两间房，竟然一间有早饭，一间没有早饭。酒店答复是合同里只有一份早饭，而艺龙答复却是都没有早饭。想问一下大堂经理，连最最简单，最最基本的是否含早饭，你们与艺龙的答复却是大相径庭。不是说客人想贪图你一份早饭，说实在的，现在地中海酒店的早饭也是一塌糊涂。但是客人需要的却是“如实告知”，是什么就是什么。
