Our stay at Sheraton Guangzhou was excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed in a twin room for two people, and the room was spacious, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made our stay relaxing after long days outside.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Check-in was smooth, and any requests we had were handled quickly.
The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels premium and well-organized.
Sheraton Guangzhou is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it. ?????

环境：酒店大堂人很多比较吵一些
服务：很好
从顺德出发到酒店办理入住因为房间还没打扫出来，所以等待一会儿，那天的前台小姑娘给升级了房型，送了玩偶、赠送了大堂吧的软饮，谢谢你哦！
酒店位置很方便，周边好几个商场，唯一的不方便就是每次开车回酒店这个路口超级堵车。带娃去正佳广场玩了一天，吃喝玩一条龙。
在广州真的恨自己的胃不够用，正餐都没肚子吃，还好想吃的几款食物都吃到了。

再次入住粤海喜来登，地点绝佳又方便，要超市有超市要百货有百货，生活机能满满。这次给的是面向广百百货景关（上次是面向体育场）。入住多天发现每天不管是白天或晚上，礼宾接待区总是放置的满满的行李，看来真壮观，这次终于有时间抽空去2楼吃饭嚐美食，吃完饭回到房间，发现房间已整理完成，十分赞许房务人员有极高的效率与速度，广交会时会在优先考虑入住粤海喜来登。

地理位置优越一直是这里的优势，希望完善一下停车场条件，和商场混在一起，开车入住的客人没有享受到最近酒店电梯的体验，而且车位有点窄了……

The hotel was fantastic for our family trip. Its location couldn’t have been more convenient right next to the mall and with a McDonald's and plenty of other dining options nearby. It made everything so easy and enjoyable for both the kids and adults. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

房间很乾净，重新装修过，适合居家旅行，室内空间也够，第二天的早餐自助也很丰盛，工作人员都很友好。
位置就不用説了，去哪里都方便！
