很nice的酒店。床睡起來很舒服。櫃檯的客服人員服務很親切。設備都很優質。這次特別是為了這個房間的浴缸來的。泡起來很舒服，很滿意。但剛到酒店時，剛好遇到天河城因疫情的關係閉店清消。所以停車場封閉不能進入。詢問門口的接待人員，不知道是商場的保安還是酒店的保安，態度很不佳，不只沒幫忙下行李還對於我提出的停車問題甩鍋。擺爛不理會。直到我跟櫃檯人員反應，由櫃臺人員帶領下，他才協助處理停車問題，這一點酒店需要再加強一下。酒店地店很優，離個大商場都很近。稍稍步行一下就能抵達。大至上都很滿意。
