酒店设施陈旧，硬装不好翻新，起码电视可以换换吧，画质都不清晰，房间一进门有霉味，取得两天广州下雨，中央空调没有热风，房间有点冷，本来定好的豪华大床房，去了两间没有同一楼层的，又加钱换了行政房，前台服务员办事效率太慢太慢。在佛山也是住索菲特，相差较大。不推荐

客房服务一般，而且酒店的窗户是无法打开的，打扫房间卫生的时候还错把我们的毛巾当成了酒店的毛巾给换掉了，这种服务何谈五星级

房间很大，沙发有点小，卫生间下水不利，安排的房间朝向不好，正对写字楼，还很近，窗帘都不能全开。

酒店本身不错，房间大，视野好，早餐好，服务好。美中不足的是离地铁站比较远，乘坐公共交通不方便。p.s.洗漱用品不是欧舒丹，是Lanvin。
