总的来说还可以，酒店相对较新，设施不错，位置蛮好的就是门口在修地铁开车有些堵.唯一不足的是前台退房的效率太慢了，等了差不多10分钟.

酒店大堂很豪华，门口接待主动，会迎车，开车离开时会帮忙关车门。checkin和checkout慢，等得有点不耐烦。等待的过程中大堂旁摆的机动游戏，有一个拳击的被小孩子打得不亦乐乎，噪音太大了。房间空间还可以，卫生一般，在桌子背面发现了两块纸巾。双人床宽1.25米吧，太窄了。睡得翻身都提心吊胆。水压略小，够热。体验了游泳池，水质ok，但因为节假日人太多，无法顺利运动。健身房不错，瑜伽室也挺好的。楼下就是万达广场。最近附近在修地铁，车流量很大塞车。隔音一般，能听见楼下广场的歌舞曲。总体感觉还可以的，以上说的都不是大问题，能改进就最好了。

1、前台入住办理极慢，排了五十分钟队，到跟前了被告知房子还没收拾好。当时16:00左右；
2、退房时，一位叫GINA的前台，态度极冷淡，没有问候不说，还我银行卡时，单手侧身，目光看向别处。这在我的五星酒店经历中，还是第一次。

整体还不错，差不多4??的感觉吧。比较干净卫生，就是给小孩要个熊猫玩具，打了两次电话都没送来，最后只能放弃了。
