    定了三房一厅和双人间，本来一天多的体验不错，但最后退房时被前台的服务员恶心到了，没有任何服务意识，冷漠，态度奇差无比，真没见过过这么没有服务意识的酒店。我就是临走想看看主楼的房间，以便以后能带朋友来住，没想到她一口拒绝，説没人带！

    对于本次预订五一假期的酒店相当满意????休闲度假~安静度假一宿不错选择????还免费给我升级一房一厅的房间很舒服，一楼层一个房间，因为要走后楼梯上去刚开始有点害怕，怕有人躲在后楼梯。整体安全系数还是ok~首先进入社区门口会登记车牌和电话号码才放行进去，每次出行记得扫码扣减停车费????入住时候可以直接在前台购买晚餐90元一位，多人可以选择中餐点菜或者在外面农庄吃饭距离温泉一条街很近2.5公里左右，晚上驱车出来逛逛不错或者打卡最美麦当劳???? 环境：非常幽静舒服，对于浅睡的我来讲可以一觉到8点多，睡眠很充足舒服！没有中途醒来没有蚊子??干扰到。 衞生：整体很乾净，还提供的护手霜+身体乳这个点赞???（???ω??）???乾湿分离，洗手间和浴室是分开，也可以泡澡????。但洗浴区有个推拉门好像动不 设施：温泉和泳池试过了，温泉很热人不会太多。室内泳池恒温，户外无边际游泳池很不错风景很美很舒服！使用时间是早上9-晚上9，记得带泳帽去游泳。早餐+晚餐都在酒店解决的，均为自助餐，餐品中规中矩，但对这个泳池景就餐也不错。 服务：还算可以，大堂陈设比较简单，提供的入住的单张介绍，比较清晰，园区可以提供电瓶车接送，上面有私人管理服务管家可以添加微信方便谘询。

    房间宽敞明亮，前台的服务也非常好，我入住比较晚，很热情的给我升级了一个三房，星空房非常有特色，有麻将，床也非常软，睡的很舒服，室内温泉比较方便，非常适合家庭聚会！衞生乾净，特别是冲凉的水很好，水流量大很舒服！在山上空气对流太爽了！
