    酒店位置在温泉镇牌坊旁边的山上，虽然不是最核心位置，但是离商业街也很近，周边吃饭的地方也很多。酒店装修很新，房间也足够大，空间利用率挺高的，沿袭了岭南集团简洁高端大气的装修风格，我个人很喜欢。 酒店房间附赠了两池温泉水，水温足够高，我们入住当天适逢广州寒流来袭，晚上只有10度左右，但是在阳台泡温泉一点都不觉得冷，晚上泡一次，第二天早上再泡一次，小朋友都玩得很开心。 酒店赠送的自助早餐就有点差强人意了，基本上都是以粉麪包点等主食为主，有些广式早茶的点心还要另外收费，这我也是头一次见到。 这里要特别表扬一下前台小莫，帮我们办理入住的时候很热情，很详细的介绍了酒店设施，还主动加了我微信，入住期间有什么需求都可以直接在微信里和她联系，不错！

    元旦假期入住，非常满意。酒店工作人员都积极热情主动。特别是前台娇娇主动跟住客沟通，提供了很多酒店的讯息和帮助。元旦有活动，我们玩了捞鱼，漆扇，还看了烟花，很开心。入住期间刚好降温，酒店的暖气是很足的，但同行的长者家怕冷。酒店在满房的情况下还能到仓库拿一张新的棉被给我们，让我们感到很温暖。酒店设施很新乾净，独立泡池很舒服。

    在广州从化住了两家温泉酒店，这个岭南东方温泉酒店非常好，值得推荐，值得推荐，??几个点特别表扬 1，服务。前台小姐姐小容，为客人想办法解决问题，热情周到，一定会让客人少走弯路！ 2，品质。酒店的泡汤池是原色原浆温泉，不是自来水加热！ 3，环境。这酒店很肃静，很整洁。酒店单间内细节很好。 4，建议。在泡池或者房间内应该提供一下手机支架，方便客人放手机，放在泡池边！

    优点：前台小姐服务满分，五星级度假酒店的标准。会根据住户情况主动的提供针对性服务，比如宝宝的围栏和婴儿一次性个清物品。而且会主动跟踪服务。绝对是给酒店正向的加分。 餐食：酒店一楼就有很方便，有当地特色的烧鸡，主要是粤菜。茶点比较普通，早餐中规中矩一般，没什么毛病也没有特色。 环境：公共温泉在顶楼，池子还是比较少的，特色不多。泳池很漂亮，不是恒温。只适合温度热时用了。可能主打还是私汤，池子足够一家人一起玩，速度也很快。附近有饭店和便利店，能保障基础的需求。 设施：有亲子活动场地，能给小孩放电。种类不多基础中规中矩。住宅可能因为也有卖的产权类，所以装修进门就类似厨房，有水槽和电磁炉和抽油烟机。

    这家酒店很不错。前台小容服务好！我快把水喝完，她刚好微信问我要不要再送水过来。捧捧的。保洁啊姨也很捧，服务很到位！太谢谢了。然后在露台有个私人温泉，很大的池。晚餐有烧鸡，很好吃，皮是薄薄的，可以再热一点就好了，菜有菜味，鲜甜的。总体来说不错！
