    投诉信 尊敬的携程客服部负责人： 您好！ 本人于近期通过贵平台预订了「玉壶溪馆精选民宿」的豪华别墅，订单号为 [请在此填写您的订单号]，于 [入住日期] 至 [离店日期] 期间入住，共四人，包含露天温泉泡池。本次入住本意是携带90岁高龄母亲享受一个舒适、难忘的家庭假期，然而实际体验与宣传中的「豪华」、「享受」严重不符，令人极度失望与不满，特此提出正式投诉。 具体问题如下： 1. 严重卫生问题，安全隐患突出： 别墅整体硬件及公共区域初看尚可，员工接待也算殷勤。但进入厨房区域后，发现卫生状况极其恶劣。灶台、橱柜、厨具等处积累了大量陈年油污，明显长期缺乏彻底清洁，观感令人作呕，存在严重的食品安全与健康隐患。作为宣称「豪华」且房价不菲的住宿场所，此等基础卫生条件完全无法接受。 2. 餐饮品质低劣，与价格严重不符： 入住包含的早餐仅为极其普通的皮蛋瘦肉粥、炒米粉、番薯、玉米等，下午茶也仅为简单饼乾、雪梨、花生和清茶。此类餐食标准勉强可称之为「维持生命餐」，与「豪华别墅」应提供的「享受」级餐饮体验相去甚远，更无法匹配其高昂的住宿费用。 3. 价值与价格严重背离，涉嫌虚假宣传： 我们为此行支付了近人民币2500元（折合港币约2800元）。然而，所获得的实际体验——尤其是关乎健康的卫生状况和极其简陋的餐饮——与「豪华别墅」、「享受假期」的宣传承诺以及所支付的高额费用完全不成正比，感觉受到了严重的误导与欺骗。 此次经历不仅未能让家人（尤其是年迈的母亲）享受到预期的愉快假期，反而带来了极差的体验和心理落差。我们选择携程平台预订，是基于对贵平台信誉和审核能力的信任。此次民宿的服务质量与宣传严重不符，平台亦负有不可推卸的审核与监管责任。 我们的诉求如下： 1. 要求「玉壶溪馆精选民宿」就其恶劣的卫生条件、名不副实的餐饮服务及夸大宣传进行正式道歉。 2. 要求携程平台介入调查，督促该民宿立即整改卫生问题，并重新评估其「豪华」定位的真实性。 3. 监于实际体验与宣传承诺及价格严重不符，要求退还部分费用作为补偿，具体比例请平台根据实际情况公正处理。 4. 希望携程平台加强对合作商户的审核与监督，防止其他消费者再次「中伏」。 为佐证我们的陈述，我们已拍摄了厨房卫生状况等相关照片与影片，如需提供，可随时发送。 期待贵平台能高度重视此投诉，尽快给予正面、实质性的答覆和处理方案，以维护消费者合法权益和携程平台的良好声誉。 感谢您的关注与处理。

    服务很好，温泉也很不错，尤其是管家招待的很到位，半夜想要冰块管家直接给我们老冰了，还有免费摄影师帮忙摄影拍出了很好看的照片，是一次特别好的体验。

    很少写评论！虽然是民宿，但这两天的温泉之旅还是不错的，房间够大够乾净整洁。赠送的摄影、KTV、自制泡澡汤包和特调鸡尾酒都令小朋友、大人比较满意。送的一池温泉水我分开来泡了两次，水温足够烫不得不加冷水降温，不然泡完整个人都混沌了。应该説，精致度可以，即使贵点也是值回票价。只是早餐也应精致点。
