    环境很好，房间阳台有独立温泉池，一家四口过去玩的，刚好够我们泡温泉，公共温泉池数量也挺多的，乾净衞生，服务态度很好。

    房间很大，阳光通风都很好。泡温泉特别方便，一下楼就是，比开房间泡池再等水凉快多了，所以即使是住有泡池的房间，也没时间用，楼下的都没泡够。退房时送的伴手礼是小松鼠跟一支矿泉水喷雾，都很喜欢

    之前每年夏天都有来圣托尼玩，印象很好，很好玩，所以这次尝试元旦和朋友一家一起出游，由于订的房型不同，通过携程沟通，酒店也很配合帮我们安排在同一个楼层。我们去的时候已经4点了，我带着孩子去到房间很是失望，我们订的将近1000元一晚，房间的衞生没打扫乾净，走廊很暗没有开灯，这些反馈给携程，他们也协调了酒店，酒店也算重视给我电话，但目前只剩下一间很远的房，如果我要换房，然后就説让阿姨重新打扫。其实是没有选择给我，后来携程协调了一下，给了一个方案，考虑到是出来玩的，算了，勉强接受了。然后就是吃自助餐（这里表扬一下，他们这次没有放出很多餐票，所以吃自助餐很舒服，味道也不错，还有现烤羊肉，还配白葡萄酒，这次来这里，最满意的是自助餐，晚餐，和早餐都不错）。吃完7:30去泡温泉，晚上很冷，我们住二楼，所以想着先拿毛巾上去换衣服披着下来，走了一圈，没几个工作人员，好不容易打听到去更衣室拿，我们六个人，其中一个大人带两个男生站门口，我们三个进去拿，谁知道更衣室里都是用过的，问里面的工作人员有没有毛巾，她第一句话问，你们是住酒店的吗？我们説是，在二楼住，她説那么你们就用房间的毛巾就可以了，我们説房间的是白色的，而且我们回去洗澡要，她又説，你们可以打电话叫客房拿。我火了，我説，你就告诉我们，你现在这里有没有乾净的毛巾，她看到我火了，就进入库房拿了3条，我説我们有6个人，她好像怕我们多要似的，説让他们进来自己拿，我説我们一个女大人看2个小男生，你确定让男孩进来？她又进去拿了3条。我已经气的要骂人了，我説我花1000住的酒店不是享受这样的待遇的，她看我火了，立即换上笑脸説不是她要这样的 她也是工作 是酒店要求的。这里我要你们酒店一句，你们是怎么培训的 是培训来让客人得到这样感受的吗？图片我就不放不衞生的照片，之前已经发携程视频了，这里就不让看客恶心了。除了自助餐，我觉得这次让我很失望。

    酒店是希腊风格，很漂亮。这次定的是双套房，住得非常舒服。小别墅通风采光非常好，房间空间大，出庭院就可以泡温泉，方便、衞生，温泉池还挺大。户外也有好多个温泉池，还有温泉泳池，孩子非常喜欢玩。真温泉，非常好。下次想夏天再体验下冲浪池。

    大晴天拍摄很好出片，温泉镇内有特色的庄园式酒店，住下来感觉更接近民宿风格。 服务挺好的，人多也能及时照顾到需求。 但温泉区的房型，隔音和通风确实不好，近乎全开式的淋浴和衞生间，入住一直有较大异味。
