25号订的大床房，26号接到艺龙电话说还没有房间退，有间豪华房，多出的8块，入住后艺龙补还我差价。27号退房时由于是公差我开发票，酒店说网上订的房不含税的，我说好，我联系艺龙，十分钟解决了，加上前前后后和酒店的交涉，花了我半个小时，把桂林到来宾的快车给错过了，总体评价一下：艺龙作为电子商务公司，讲诚信，服务及时，在地方性酒店合作这块缺乏事前评估，有点被地方酒店牵着鼻子走。金锦酒店房间还可以，就是钻空子给人感觉不好，桂林的地方酒店普遍不喜欢开发票，这点其他公差的朋友要注意了。顺便，艺龙工号D还是PRR94这位话务员处理得可以，给十分。总体给推荐是给艺龙的。
