头一天入住感觉性价比挺高的，软件硬件都不错。第三天再次入住，却让人大跌眼镜，房门不用刷卡，就能进去。晚上七点交代总台接待人员要修好，等我晚上十点多回到酒店，前台却说没有修理，一位女接待还为她们的失误寻找托词。搞到十一点多，却把双床房变成了大床房。一行三人，本来就是为了晚上睡个好觉，前台女接待却说大床房和双床房价钱一样，有什么不可呢？……这种女接待，这种情况让消费者情何以堪？就比如我今天网购苹果🍎 ，收到的却是香蕉，一样吗？
