一直对麗枫酒店的印象不错，算是忠实用户。但是本次不得不说一下，到店等了两小时，前台胸牌T字母开头的服务员爱理不理，怪不得差评会说前台服务不好，其他服务员还可以。房间马桶盖坏了，觉得有必要修一下吧，房间隔音效果差，吵架声，孩子哭声，夜半敲门声都听的一清二楚。硬件设施还和其他城市一样。

酒店是以薰衣草为主题的，环境布置舒适优雅，空气中弥漫着淡淡的薰衣草芳香，一进入就让人心生愉悦之情。前台接待热情周到，立马送上茶水和热毛巾，消除夏日燥热和旅途疲劳，赞一个!因为是家庭亲子游，有老有小，我下订单时备注的希望安排安静的房间，也细致地安排妥当了，真好！刷卡进门，传说中的自动窗帘刷的一声打开了，让小孩子十分惊喜，玩了好几次。全触屏智能化的设备，还有沐浴时伴随着音乐声，真是感觉有趣味，薰衣草洗护三件套很是喜欢，香味极好闻!大床是2米的，很宽很舒服，睡了个好觉。酒店附近吃的很方便，晚餐出门右拐走一小段路，20多米吧，去了网友好评的随缘饭店，真是物美价廉，菜多口味好价格实惠，真心推荐!早餐则出门左拐，走一会儿就有一家桂林米粉，都是附近居民吃的，口味不错，价格便宜!下回来桂林，还会选择丽枫的，喜欢!
