房间卫生打扫不干净，厕所漏水，工作人员态度极其恶劣，本来想投诉当地管理机构，估计也是想到我们是去旅游的，所以给了最差的房间，配不上四星级称号，多一个差评商家也无所谓的态度

选择桂林柏曼酒店就是看中他的位置好。出门就是饮食街，旁边就是步行街，对面就是靖王城和东西巷，地处十字街乘坐公交可以十分方便的去任何地方。酒店服务好，就是房间地毯太老可以不要它可能更方便打扫卫生。在艺龙订酒店很好，便捷方便，服务也好！
