酒店和景区的沟通很有问题，老早订的房，景区售票处却没有收到订单，要我自己打电话去酒店询问，搞了半天。上了山到酒店前台，我明明订的豪华单间，却说我订的是豪华标间，最后都没有给我豪华单间，只补了一个大床在楼下的楼中楼房！

环境很好～到猫山住一晚～慢慢玩真不错～原以为人不多，没想到到下午很多团队来一下住满了～在艺龙上定少近一百～我们定的三人房。在景区门口加买了两张儿童票，没想到还送了两个小朋友的自助早餐。真的很省心。就是酒店晚餐贵～

总体感觉不错，就是早餐供应不足，热水使用时间有限制，卫生间下水道不通引起渗水，有点不方便。

房间很干净，装修不错，简洁漂亮，就是可惜没有顶灯，可能是想省电吧！酒店的早餐也不错，还有就是同程的客服处理订单的时间太久了，从晚前一天晚上就打电话喊取消再另外定一个套餐订单，搞到第二天中午到了景区门口还没搞清楚，非常不满意，差评。
