这个酒店前台服务还行，五楼的打扫卫生的阿姨很凶，整体卫生情况也不太满意，感觉脏脏的，包括吃早餐的餐厅，设施也老，反正是我在桂林住的最差的一个。

酒店就在高铁站旁边，超方便，之前订的是温馨家庭间（含三早），去了酒店后更换了一件大房和一间标间，补了差价，忘了早餐这回事了，早上想起，去前台问，说不含早餐，一看原来的订单，变成不含早餐，神奇！1号服务员的服务不错，早上快11点了，短头发的服务员打电话来问要不要续住，我跟她讲我马上退房赶高铁，叫服务员先查房，我收拾行李退房，后来我老公说他来退房，我赶走前面赶来高铁站，一看卡在我包里，我说跟前台说一会卡快递给她，又问我要押金条，想起押金条在房间里，折回来还卡和押金，误了高铁，要等三个小时，站4小时高铁，气死我了，一个张房卡，我200块押金都还没退，快递给你后你再把押金给我就行，我都不计较，你还来耽误我高铁，这什么服务，订在这家酒店就是为了不误高铁，结果给前台误了，一张卡，快递给你晚点怎么啦？
