此次入住，观光酒店给我一个“表里不一”的印象。从酒店的外表来看，可能由于开业有一段时间的缘故，外部装修、停车场等环境不是很大气，让我有些沮丧；但进入酒店内部，前台服务员彬彬有礼，服务周到；房间内部的设施也很不错。尤其让我感动的是，因本人重感冒需住院治疗，值班经理与服务员提供了热情细致的帮助，使我能够及时康复，在这里，本人深表谢意！下次到桂林还住观光酒店，我喜欢这样“表里不一”的酒店。
