整个入住过程都很舒适，不管是大厅还是公区空间感都很不错！！有时间还可以去?长廊、一楼的休息厅、?百叶窗拍照都yyds，刚来的时间酒店还在布置场景?，马上圣诞节氛围感也是开始步入了，酒店设施也非常齐全，洗衣房、停车场、充电桩都有，房间做的乾湿分离，全身镜跟大面镜很方便，拍照什么的也都很出片！！！而且旁边就是一个很大的万福广场，吃喝玩乐都有了。性价比高，淡季跟朋友一起来住才人均100+

This is a pretty well managed hotel with pretty comprehensive amenities. Location is a little off the main town centre but there's a big mall just next to the hotel where you're able to have all the eateries and reasonable shopping.
The reception was warm and efficient and the staffs are friendly.

I've extended my stay here because it just perfect for me in Guilin. As I do not need to be in the center of town, this hotel is by far the best option for me! 5* across the board.

While the location is far from tourist places, this hotel is also located right next to Wanfu Plaza. There are many stores and restaurants nearby (Wide variety too, from traditional chinese restaurants to even western. Bonus point to the japanese and thai restaurant).
The room is quiet, non smoking. View is okay during winter (Too much fog so can't see much). However, the cold mode of the air conditioner wasnt working. So I can't make the room colder (the lowest the room temp has been was 21°C, and thats with the help of the natural air outside!).
Breakfast is okay. Good food, many varieties. Try their Guilin Rice Noodle, it's great! Would I come again? Probably, probably not. But it's a good place for a stay, away from tourist spot.

Located in the outskirts of the city, this hotel presents a great value for money option in Guilin. Overall, the hotel deserves strong mention for the price point and having full facilities expected for a 5 star hotel. The room is large and clean, the hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The only downside is being away from the city center, which during super peak season might be a bother waiting for didi. The breakfast is not great but since the hotel gave it for free, it's an added plus.

Not the best location but definitely CLEAN and COMFY hotel!! Lobby and room can be rated as 5 star hotel. Receptionist was also very friendly and helpful when we needed their assistance. Overall, it’s a very great experience with this hotel! Recommended to stay here for future trips!

每次到桂林专住丽柏酒店，因为酒店五星标准高档但价格亲民，房间户型方正，装修设计最吸引眼球也让人住的很舒适，交通便利，地理位置较安静，卫生干净，从入门前台客服一系列服务都很好，这次非常感谢小阳美女贴心接待照顾我，晚班飞机到酒店由于核酸结果没出来，不能办理入住，让我在沙发休息一晚上，来假还煮了红糖水给我喝，好多细节暖心感动，有家的感觉，谢谢你们！这是一个有故事有温度有家的酒店！
