前台服务太差太差，住过很多家桔子桂林这家太让人失望了，我是提前在携程订好的，到店前台首先是欺骗，骗我说给我定的房间升级成主题房，一进房间我震惊了，还有比那个房间更差的吗，后面是个施工的工地轰隆隆的响着，房间小的电插头都在头顶上，竟然还说给我升级了，一看我的订房信息房价还多收了，后面打电话告知多收钱了还被前台一顿阴阳怪气的嘲讽，最后那个前台还把电话拿给之前给我订房的另一个前台说：“给你的烂摊子，我不管。”我很无语，这前台哪像一个连锁高端精品酒店呀.多收的钱始终不说退，最后我退房的时候还是只字未提，还是我提出来了才退，前台还低着头偷笑！！，在这里我想说不是我较真这点多收的房钱，而是你们工作的态度和失职，这前台的素质是我住了所有酒店从未见过最差的，以后不会再入住桂林桔子了！

酒店位置不错，在火车站旁不远，酒店比较新，也比较干净，但都不含早餐不好，价格也贵了些 洗澡的位置小了点，床头开关不错，很方便。

来到桔子酒店前台，黄晓红客房小姐非常阳光热情，服务周到，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，安全系统非常到位，本人入住的是豪华大床房，整个装修很温馨，很有家的感觉！
