刚踏入酒店大堂，那精致的装修与扑面而来的温馨氛围，就把我征服了！
服务人员热情似火，又专业周到。
房间宽敞得能开小型派对啦！床铺柔软如云朵般包裹着我，设施一应俱全，
从入住到离店，酒店的服务都让我们感到非常满意。
整个酒店就是一个大花园，优雅宁静，彷佛置身世外桃源，惬意自在！晚上在酒店附近的餐厅用餐也非常愉快，菜品丰富美味。下次再来这个城市，一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

非常感谢能有机会体验携程黑钻的一城一房免费住活动，这次体验了桂林的宋品酒店，品质真的没的説，房间的设计和理念都让人陶醉，服务也很好。唯独来的两天天气太冷了。如果夏天来这地方绝对是一个不错的度假酒店，整体来讲国内的宋品品质值得信赖，感谢酒店和携程让我们有了两天一夜的美好家庭桂林之旅的回忆，下次还会再来??

Absolutely wonderful stay! ?? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is breathtaking, and the room was spotless, cosy, and romantic with a true touch of Chinese culture and style. The whole experience felt unique and unforgettable. Highly recommended! ?? (A small suggestion: more breakfast options for Muslim/Arabic guests would make it even more perfect.)

很漂亮，清净，可以经常来，就是不要降价，也别疯涨。这里是度假型酒店，隔壁还有牛马的商务型酒店，淡季餐饮和健身房合并了，施柏阁的东西很一般，但是服务素养不错。有游船的设施，还有塑料花，很破坏美感，完全没必要，明明园林资源已经很丰富了。

酒店非常美，环境也很美，很适合家庭休闲出游，美中不足的是周围没有什么太多好吃的，酒店自带的餐厅口味稍显一般，除了美食意外其他都是满分。

假期快结束，带小孩去桂林游玩几天，为方便小孩玩乐融创几个园区才订的宋品二晚；后面二晚在遇龙河景区订的酒店。价位差不多，入住后才知各方面相差有多大。品牌酒店各方面不是民宿能比拟的。如自驾休闲渡假，对位置不太在乎，真心可以选宋品！
评分4.7不应该是酒店的真正体现！真的身临其境，物超所值！

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员Annie很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住。
