房间非常舒服满意，从窗户看到美景，心旷神怡，一步一景，非常美好，真是难忘的体验，酒店服务周到，接驳车非常迅速，且帮忙拿行李，对长者孩子非常照顾，雁山宋品酒店经理小吴，非常热情，服务周到，态度细致！酒店还有缦云旅拍，拍摄小哥技术高超，且热情，选服装，选片的工作人员都很负责，为客户着想。

环境很好，办理入住很快。不知道是不是因为是下午6点多才办理的入住，并没赠送水果。朋友一家早上到的，就有赠送。希望下次去的时候，自助餐品种更丰富些。100多的自助晚餐，吃了2个晚上，还是觉得桂林米粉最好吃，小朋友想吃白米饭，只有炒饭??也没有寿司。

非常满意的一个酒店，适合亲子游，离乐园也不远，旺季摆渡车随喊随到非常方便。自助餐也非常好。房间大小合适，床垫舒服。

Good stay. The room was great. Just wish there was more control of the children. I was working out the gym and a family came in and the children were jumping and missing the equipment and now one said anything

～这里除了安静～空气好～其他周边都不怎么好～交通不便捷～关键入住体验不太好～如此热的天气～晚上8点回到酒店既然停水了～也不电话告知下～电话到前台説10分钟就好～结果2个小时都没好～楼下的大堂既然有必住酒店奖牌～虚名～硬件都不能及时处理好的～

第二次来桂林融创诗伯格，酒店保持得挺好的，设施和房间的设施都维护得很好，乾净整洁。床垫和被子特别舒服。泳池水温合适，水质乾净。早餐也挺不错，可以一直吃到10点半。湖景景色非常棒，属于可以一直泡酒店里的那种。前台的服务员热情而专业，总能耐心解决问题，特别是前台的马小姐，全程给我提供解答和建议。总体来説是一次非常舒心的度假体验。

We had an excellent time at the resort. I want to specifically commend Sierra Jiang (蒋偲偲), her colleague 马秋玲 and her colleagues at the resort concierge (礼宾部) for their exemplar service. They made great efforts to ensure our time at the resort was a very enjoyable one.

My partner and I recently stayed at Steigenberger Guilin, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious ambiance with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The service was impeccable, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. Its location is perfect for exploring Guilin’s scenic spots. Overall, a fantastic choice for a romantic getaway.

This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

网上订的房间，在酒店外面就看见酒店的周边环境非常好，到了酒店前台，前台小姐姐唐茜，陈亚妮，非常热心周道的帮忙办理入住！又耐心的讲解了酒店的环境和设施，下午茶和晚餐，餐厅的黄开香小姐姐，和黄明渊都非常耐心和热情的服务！给人感觉就像到家了一样自然而又亲切！本来是预定三晚的，感觉太好了，都不想走了，就又续住了一晚！同行的朋友们都说，来桂林一定还住这里，不用去周边玩了！酒店的周边环境就够美了！
