入住时才发现酒店在装修，只有一幢楼在开放，酒店设施基本都停止了，但基本没有影响入住体验。check in很快，前台两位美女服务态度很好，免费升级了房间，还赠送小礼品给孩子，酒店不愧是老牌星级酒店，所有员工服务态度都很好，有什么问题都尽量解决。也有不少外国游客入住，看来口碑还是可以的。
房间很整洁，环境卫生好，虽然在装修翻新，但晚上就会停工，午休时也停工，基本不影响休息。酒店的早餐品种不算很多，但味道还可以。晚上点了个简餐给小孩吃，但分量够两个人吃了，味道也还可以，毕竟是星级酒店的大厨。
酒店本身的位置极佳，两江四湖景区核心位置，打车也方便，旺中带静，酒店下来就是湖边，走几百米就是日月双塔，晚上散步看夜景是极好的。
总之是很好的出行选择，谢谢酒店员工的热情服务!
