地理位置不错，榕湖边上，可以沿湖散步。所住贵宾楼，前楼因年代已久，装修中，相对影响酒店的整体布局。要找到酒店入口不容易。房间蛮大，新旧度可以。床太软。遗憾的是提前预定的价格并没有临近日期便宜。自助早餐相对一般。

我们订的是贵宾楼，主楼在装修，但订的时候没有说明，费了不少劲才找到，也没有一个明显的路牌，希望改进。但服务员态度真好！赞一个！房里卫生挺好，就是设施看着旧了。

环境，客房，设施都很好，但是酒店早餐领班服务态度非常差，因为报了个团去阳朔，早上不到7点就退了房，在酒店大堂等车，自助餐厅有两个门，领班非要求我们绕一大圈从最远的门进，态度还非常不好，说这是规定，带着老人和小孩也不能通融
