挺满意的，没有特别提前订住宿，临时决定来这，所以当晚出发，今天上午订的下午入住！整体环境还很可以，我一般在大众点评网订，谁知道无意点到同城！我对住宿很满意到目前为止，酒店还赠送了礼品，绿豆糕一包，咖啡两袋，感谢

酒店位置较好，服务好，入住之前在深夜(晚上十一二点)打了好几次电话询问相关问题，前台都一一耐心解答，没有一点不耐烦，记得有一次要挂断电话时前台还说了句“后续有任何问题欢迎再次咨询”，这点一定点赞，从中体现出来前台小哥真的很关照顾客。
外观比较气派，房间空间布置合理，早餐还可以，出门较为方便。
总之，希望酒店越来越好

酒店位置很好，离桂林站，桂林汽车总站非常近，去象山景区也十分方便。特别要赞扬服务人员，小孩平板忘在酒店，及时和我们联系归还。大大的👍酒店员工素质非常棒

环境真的挺好，前台小姐姐很热情，虽然刚开始开错了房，后来马上帮我换了，也无关紧要拉，给小姐姐点个赞，还有酒店送的小礼物很暖心哟
