严重差评。到前台咨询，说可以在网上预订。结果预订完了后前台来一句：现在淡季，不提供空调。你可选择住还是不住，不住的话自己找预订平台取消。简直就是坑人。忍着一口气入住了，天寒地冻实在受不了住了三个多小时就退房了。以后再也不会住。。。。

房间很小很旧，地毯很脏，很多垃圾，床很软，睡着不舒服，床单毛巾等都很旧了。门口有很的士司机游说你去王府，千万不要上当，王府真不值得去，还充满购物陷阱。

大家不要让酒店气派的大门给迷惑了，垃圾酒店，设施陈旧，卫生很差，桌子是烂的，镜子上到处污渍，其实就是外表漂亮一点的招待所，尤其可气的是酒店的停车场要收费，问服务员为啥酒店停车场住宿客人还要收，服务员答：白天不收费，车辆过夜才收停车费，哎 我直接无语了，服务员你就不要绕圈子了，你就直接说专门收住宿的客人滴

这家酒店居然是四星，还没有有些三星的好。首先，酒店一进到房间就一股霉味，有点潮，设施也比较旧，枕头还有点黑。其次，房间环境也一般，外面有点吵，晚上楼下烧烤的声音很大，影响休息，有一点好的就是，离市中心和景区不算远。最后，客房服务态度不怎么好，洗澡鞋子湿了，让多拿一双一次性鞋子，她还说我们为什么不用塑料鞋，前台的服务很好。总的来说，不值四星。
