毕竟全桂林最好的酒店，硬件设施没得话说，前台服务也很好，最后因为在外玩的迟了，迟了半个小时退房，前台也没说啥，很满意，毕竟钱摆在那边，还有给后面玩好桂林的童鞋一点提示，不要相信天气预报，这边天气无常。。

酒店大厅很气派，但是内部、呵呵啦…因为是欧式家具、家具上面还有灰尘，也许是因为不方便打扫吧。设施感觉很气派，洗澡间太小。其实不方便洗澡

酒店豪华感没得说，我女朋友是桂林人，说这儿应该是桂林比较上乘的酒店了，但是服务真的还是差了点，晚上11点客房服务中心的电话竟然没人接，你敢信？白天打个电话想问一下阳台门和窗户能不能打开，直接生硬的说打不开！不给开就好好说嘛，我能理解的，何必这么凶呢？所以，酒店的服务流程管理还是跟不上连锁的雅高，洲际，希望能改进，下次还会入住

网上的好评都是刷出来的么？设施是可以，服务实在太恶心人，入住当天10几个人在前台，只有一个人帮忙办入住，前台振振有词说我们就是一个人，办理入住等了半小时！退房的人连信用卡都不会刷，明显没经过培训！更奇葩的是客人使用游泳池居然要收费，50元每人！说是酒水费！闻所未闻！我想和东西可以收费，但不能因为我要游泳就必须强加给我这个费用！差评！没有下次！小地方就是眼界小，格局小，想钱想疯了
