从接机开始，酒店的服务确实有宾至如归之感，外庭仿汉唐建筑，内饰欧式奢华，房间设施比较现代，比香格里拉更年轻态一些，细节处理比较舒适，早餐品类齐全，口味普遍偏清淡，美中不足房间洗手间无法通风换气过于憋闷、整个酒店有闷湿气味，希望可以改进，整体比较满意，推荐入住

酒店很豪华，各项设施也很完备，早餐也很丰盛，散客团队分开用餐，保障了散客安静舒适的用餐环境，很好！有点遗憾的是酒店窗户一点缝隙也不能打开，说是安全需要，刚进房间时有点味道，想通通风也没办法了。总之，还是不错的酒店。

酒店硬件设施很好，性价比高，但有二点，房间窗户打开一点点都不行，隔音也不好，晚上零晨2点还可以听到KTV 声音

本来硬件算不错，但是连续两天都出现卡刷不了的问题，而且第二天还处理的特慢，差点误机。泳池对住客收费也是满少见的。
