由于酒店优质的服务，比原计划在此酒店多住了两天。一如既往的感受到了酒店大堂经理，客房部和餐饮部的热情周到的服务。在酒店入住期间明显感觉到早餐部在李经理的带领下，作为一个团队整体服务都非常优秀，如吕富光和石宏梅等人。早餐品种丰富、环境优雅。下次来桂林还会入住本酒店并向其他朋友推荐本酒店。

整体不错，物廉价美，算是正规星级酒店，卫生间是个败笔。早饭不错，品种略少。服务员都挺热情，特别是前台戴眼镜的小胖哥，服务好，知道小朋友，特意给了鱼食，小朋友很开心。

桂山华星酒店，20多年前在酒店餐厅做waiter，当时是桂林首屈一指的豪华涉外四星酒店。虽经二十几年的风雨，经前几年的重新装修，硬件设施仍不失为四星级酒店的应有标准。最喜欢的是酒店拥有春，夏，秋，冬四个庭院，庭院之间曲径通幽，小桥流水，是闲暇休闲的好地方，也是个非常适合睡好觉的地方，不逊色年初赴美国洛杉矶的Sheraton，Hiton这些境外酒店。办理入住退房手续便捷，迅速。停车位充足，停车费凭房卡优惠20元，收费10元，是自驾游客的首选之地。
