总体来说性价比还是不错的，装修好，设施新，床也软，比较舒服。前台服务员态度也不错。但卫生仍然需要加强，当然不是杯子的问题（服务员还是会用不同的抹布清洁，杯子换成了一次性的），主要是浴巾的问题有不明毛发，要注意检查，还有设施也要检修哦，比如花洒。其他没啥，这个价位这种酒店还是蛮值的。好评啦！

我9月6号预订的房间，当天系统发来确认信息，9月30号雅斯特告诉我说刚在后台看到订单，说因房间已满要求我取消订单，但是我在艺龙网上仍旧看到有房间，并打电话过去询问原因，雅斯特又说因为缤客系统的问题导致他们刚看到订单，而且说之前我预订的房价过低，所以无法给我入住，并再次要求我取消订单。经沟通多次，未曾给过道歉。我投诉到雅斯特集团，集团只要求我跟分店沟通，这样的管理我就不知道该说什么了。出现问题只让消费者去承担，没有一点担当，要知道我预订的房间是给婚礼客人用的，在婚礼前两天要求我取消订单，雅斯特严重影响到了我的安排。

住的9楼的房间，房间的布局有些奇怪，房间里有阶梯，洗漱盆也不在厕所里，在房间里
