酒店离桂林站（也称桂林南站）不远，100路公交坐到桂林站下边走边问10分钟内可走到。前台姐姐服务态度不错，可以寄存行李，美中不足的是无洗衣服务。酒店门口有到龙脊梯田的直达大巴50元／人，需提前预定，那个大巴是和龙脊梯田全景楼酒店合作的，要住梯田全景楼酒店的客人上下山都比较方便。
