在桂林出差，订了二天香江大饭店，因急事需提前一天离开，饭店说找网商，找了网商说饭店不給退，这什么道理，难道网上购买的产品就设有监管了吗？这是那家订的霸王条款，我将继续将此事进行投诉。

该酒店地理位置好，离车站步行10分钟可达，干净卫生，服务太度特好，我忘了带水果刀，联系总台后两分钟就送来了！床单被套特好，床很舒适，下次还来住。
