酒店位置很好啊，景观也是最佳的，孩子很喜欢。就是设施比较简单，装修很一般。给升级了房间很不错，早餐的风景一级棒，就是太晒了。

璟象酒店就在象山旁，坐在窗前，就能欣赏，真可谓触手可及。酒店给我的景观房升级到江景套房，房间设施布局很满意，早餐也是十分称心，7楼就餐就是观景台，可欣赏漓江风貌和象山。唯一有点，就是落地玻璃窗，没有外开窗户，要在平时，我是挺介意地，璟象通风做得很好，这倒也没有引起我的不适。总之，我给满满的5分。谢谢

酒店设计非常舒服，干净，隔音效果很好，房间也比较大，性价比高，对面就是象鼻山公园，酒店在市中心吃饭出行都非常方便！

酒店真的很棒，孩子很喜欢。我们到桂林是早上5点，酒店还没有房间，我们就去了景点不到10点就电话联系有房间空了可以入住了，定酒店就是孩子想在酒店能看到象鼻山于是就定了这个酒店，到了之后发现订的这个房间看不到全景，没有想到酒店前台的两位美女服务员调整推荐的这个房间这么棒真的超出想象，象鼻山尽收眼底漓江也可以看到，酒店房间很大，干净整洁，自助早餐也很不错，品种多样孩子很喜欢，可以吃着早餐看着象鼻山。如果再来桂林一定还要住这个酒店。这个照片是房间窗户随手一拍

所谓的接机根本就是一个骗局，说好7:10分下飞机的，等到8:15都没人来接，给酒店电话永远说司机一分钟之内就会联系我，但永远等不到司机的人和电话。最后还是自己打车去的。电话给酒店问什么时候来接态度还非常差，太垃圾的酒店。

酒店环境超级棒，住在5楼和6楼都直接可以看到象鼻山，酒店的自助餐也不错。赶7点的火车，前台服务员还特地为我们打包了两份早餐，非常贴心！很棒的酒店
