1.凌晨订的房间，第二天早上跟酒店联络问是否可以接机，但酒店告知要提前12小时预约！
2.预定的璟象大床房，到店告知看不了象鼻山，另外又支付了两百块钱，换了可以看到象鼻山的房间！八百块钱的房间只有一份早餐，真的是可以了！
3. 615房间的床你们可以扔掉了！躺在床上动一下就会咯咯响！连翻身都不敢翻！
4. 你们床头的闹钟为什么不能关掉？大半夜的响一次，凌晨也要响两次！我带父母来是度假的，不是过来军训的！为什么没有服务人员告知？？
5.隔音效果很差！
这真是住过最差的酒店了！
