酒店位置得天独厚，位于市中心，交通便利。酒店顶楼有一个打卡点可以看得到象鼻山，疫情原因没有游览到漓江的遗憾也在这里弥补了，体会到了烟雨漓江的魅力。前台小刘很贴心，知道我们带了小朋友，特地通知客房阿姨送来了小朋友的牙刷拖鞋，还热情的介绍了酒店的设施设备和附近的餐厅。退房的时候因为赶车，前台小周很速度的帮我们办理了退房，还通知礼宾帮我们叫了出租车，必须为大瀑布饭店的服务点一个赞。

酒店地理位置优越，环境优美，前台小刘非常贴心的为我们介绍酒店各种房型，教我们如何预订房间，办完入住后送我们上房介绍了房间的注意事项，还带我们去了酒店的网红打卡点，从酒店顶楼俯瞰象鼻山和日月双塔的景色，美不胜收。客房大姐赵付明房间打扫得非常仔细认真。还有退房的小盛，也非常热心。不愧为五星级酒店，给人一种宾至如归的感觉，下次还会选择大瀑布

酒店位置特别好，房间风景也特别好，就是配套设施有点旧，但服务还是很好的，特别感谢带我们看房的前台小李，服务非常热情友好，还协助我们在网上订房，还有退房送我们离店的前台小刘，服务真的很好，很温馨！下次来还住这👍

非常完美的一次入住体验，酒店防疫做的非常到位。还暖心的送了小礼品和水果等。尤其是我们的专属服务员赵付明做到了认真负责尽心尽力。谢谢桂林水慕大酒店。
