酒店位置极好、环境也很好、酒店卫生也不错，我住16楼，就是一部电梯使用、等电梯时间就点，但总的印象酒店还不错的。

超级好的酒店，自助餐好吃，环境超级好，就在两江四湖游船口，晚上的景好靓，隔壁就系步行街，吃的好方便，象鼻山也超级近，那个人造瀑布真的好壮观。

这个酒店真的算不上五星，也有可能桂林这个地方整体酒店的水平比较落后，如果是住惯五星级酒店的旅客，不建议订这里，你最多感觉就只有三星。我看边上的喜来登外观看上去也很差，漓江大瀑布酒店整体给我的感觉设施非常的陈旧，房间有点小，床，据说是1.8米的，但是实际上感觉有应该没有。然后卫生间在里面基本上只能带一个人，两个人就没有办法转身了，房间里面我们进去的时候有一个空调是坏的，还找人来维修，插座上面外面的房间的插座好几个都是无效的，我们只能到处找可以有电的插座，整体服务上面，早饭可以吃的，品种非常非常的少，居然连酸奶都没有，粥有四种，有三个都是空的。我在早饭的时候居然看到大概有一半以上的盘子都空了，也没有服务员来加，态度也非常的不清和没有五星级酒店的素质，另外还居然有服务人员拿着一个很大的罐子在那边的仅有的一个牛奶的牛奶罐上面再加牛奶，然后让游客排队在后面等他，弄好再你才能自己去加牛奶。房间整体比较小，我对你的江景房没有阳台。
