酒店离桂林北站很近，打车几分钟就到。如果去北站乘坐去两江机场的大巴非常方便。酒店外部环境丶内部环境、房间环境都很好。早点、品种和早餐环境希望改进。酒店的服务人员，服务态度非常好。特别值得点赞的是12月24日值班姓周的男士，因为我的杯子忘在房间，我打电话过来，耐心的为我查找，又帮我把杯子邮递回天津，这样的服务真是太值得赞美了！在这里再一次向他表示感谢！
