感觉前台就是态度比较差，无论是从办理入住到咨询一些服务，都不是很负责的感觉，可能是订房部没有把订单发给前台还是怎么样，前台根本没有认真找，就断言说没有预定，搞到我们要打电话去同程再次确认，耽误了好久。br房间还比较大，设施也不错，就是两张床，要拼起来不是那么容易，对于带小孩出游的话要自己推一下那个床还是挺累的。

房间属于比较大的，属于什么养生房间，有很多特殊的服务，但是打去前台问是一问三不知，看到这个免费洗衣服务，问了说是有固定时间，而且前台不是很清楚。br感觉前台就是态度比较差，无论是从办理入住到咨询一些服务，都不是很负责的感觉。
