特别老旧的酒店，最奇葩的是早上九点到下午五点空调都没有冷气！说什么政府规定，其实就是怕浪费电！大家千万别在夏天去，不然真的会闷死！

提前一天订房，第二天到了酒店办理入住的时候，前台说没有我的名字也查不到订单，给什么订单号都不行给什么平台的订单号都不行，一定要打艺龙人工客服，要客服给他们接受预定的部门沟通才行。不知是他们酒店搞内斗还是整个酒店就是这么瞧不上代理预定的散客。虽然有用礼貌用语，态度不傲慢，但是仍让人不舒服。除了装修很旧以外，设施都很齐全。另外艺龙的在线客服是什么鬼，完全解决不了问题，必须要打400电话！唉呀妈呀，在大厅等了半个多小时才能入住，这体验并不会。

星级酒店环境很好，还送了两张乐满地门票，送两个人的早餐，真是超划算。还可以带孩子游泳，早餐品种很多，赞👍
