设备设施过于陈旧了，床头，桌面，都没有插头，墙面，地面老化损坏。服务理念落后，明明设施一应俱全，比如蒸汽房有，却要等到客人走到门口酒店才把蒸汽房打开，升温，然后告知要等十来分钟，明明是淡季，房间很多空余，却不给客人安排稍好的房型。前几年春节到这住，房价900我觉得很值，这次入住是400，我却决定下次再也不来这里下脚了，真的非常让人遗憾！

装修简洁大气，楼中楼很合适亲子，全木地板非常舒服小朋友很喜欢！但有一下细节还可以提高，毕竟房费不算便宜。
1.房间为数不多的电源插孔，有几个不通电。
2.浴室里花洒架子坏了，不能调节花洒角度。3.景观阳台如同摆设，很多灰尘，应该很久没处理了。
4.入住后二楼空调有点问题，后来处理了，证明日常维护不到位。
5.楼梯小夜灯坏了。厕所在一楼。-
6.我叫维修人员和服务员来处理问题，穿着鞋就往木地板上踩，我们一家都脱了鞋坐在木地板，员工习惯不好，可以提高。

酒店是度假酒店，环境空气超好，景色怡人，设施有点陈旧，但也是应有尽有，酒店有温泉，早餐也挺丰富的，下次还会来。
