酒店在梯田景区最高处，上来建议做越野车，省去2个多小时的时间和体力，下车后还要步行20分钟，所以一定要轻装上阵。酒店观景秋千房超赞，龙脊梯田全景尽收眼底。单独阳台可以和坐缆车上去的金坑3号顶景色媲美，住观景秋千房可以省去3号顶缆车观景，超值。

在网上订票的时候没有告知需要与酒店导游联系，结果背包坐缆车上山发现酒店与上山的缆车根本不在一个方向，与酒店联系时还让我们自费找导游去宾馆，70元，并且不许退房，导游带我们走的是荒山野岭，算是泥路，好多地方都没有台阶和防护栏，都是人工踩出的小路，我们背包走了将近两个小时，多次滑倒，身上被蚊子咬了好多包，要求前台赔偿时，前台不理睬，还幸灾乐祸，前台服务态度极差！很怀疑前台的素质和人品，严重影响了我们旅游的心情，消耗了大量体力！还好最后酒店杨经理处理问题水平高，给我们免费找了一个导游，并承诺打折吃饭。以下几张图算是好走的路了，太险的地方根本不敢拿手机拍照。这种路光凭游客根本无法到达酒店。

开始订的是阁楼房间，视野太差了，被子还有点潮，加了90元换景观房，酒店景观还可以，但走上去要2小时，有点辛苦
