酒店房间与图片相符这点让我很满意，一进大堂感觉很豪华大气，前台服务态度很好，还有免费茶饮喝，是相当不错的，主要是离车站很近很近！以后来桂林就选你家了。

交通非常便利，离桂林站很近。房间大而舒适，设备设施很好，只是第一天入住的前台服务员态度冷淡，对提出的增加被子事宜断然拒绝，无法提供，后经询问保洁阿姨，知道有些被子在晾晒，晚上可以提供，晚上又打电话，又被其一言否定，房间不提供额外被子，冷就开空调，也是无语了，她不知道，一床被子暖的不止是顾客的身体！退房时的服务人员态度非常好（照片中的），临别给予温暖的问候！
