空调不好用 开很大也感觉房间一直都没升温
浴缸的打扫也非常马虎 里面有用水一直冲不走的不明黑色小渣 导致我不得不买一次性的浴缸套
来观山湖这么多次 很多家酒店都很好 这家真的不是很推荐

万豪钻卡升级行政房居然没啥待遇，行政楼层关闭.自助餐真的太差强人意了、服务还算不错吧
