Great service - the hotel allowed for a free late checkout. Ashley who speaks excellent English was super helpful. She found the flight departure info for me (the terminal number) and arranged for a free shuttle to the airport. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely a perfect hotel before departure or upon arrival.

Service was very good. They tried to communicate with us as best as they could. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, the perfect way to start the day. They have a shuttle running every hour that will take you to the airport - but do book in advance to avoid not having space at the time required.
We also landed pretty late and when we called the hotel, they kindly sent a car to pick us up.

Great hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport when arriving late (staff at the counter very friendly). Around a 10 minutes drive from the international terminal. Very clean and big room for the price. Airport shuttle is free and runs every 30 minutes even during the night!

??办理入住时和酒店前台的Stephanie闲聊了几句，她的贴心程度直接刷新了我对酒店服务的认知，真的超暖心～?? 出发去机场前我随口提了句担心赶不上航班，她立刻主动帮我协调安排了酒店专属接送车，还特意拨通师傅电话反覆叮嘱务必提前10分钟到酒店门口等候，甚至把师傅的联系方式和车辆讯息都手写在便签上递给我，这些细节直接拉满了安全感和好感度??。

满意满意，5星级的酒店价格却很平民，万宁豪华酒店最便宜的，可以和旁边喜来登公用所有公区，泳池很大，很有特色，出泳池就是沙滩，娃儿的活动也多，孩子玩得不亦乐乎，我也解放了双手，天天泡酒店，玩沙滩都可以，早餐也很丰富，选择太多了，总体不多，下次还来。
