非常棒的一次酒店体验，一到酒店门口就有英格兰大叔吹着欢迎音乐迎接我们，有人帮你开车门拿行李，细节做的比较到位，不过酒店办理的工作人员表情有些欠缺哦。 酒店冷气很足，空气香薰味道也很好闻，装修风格比较英伦风，房间设施也很高档，床垫和枕头非常满意，儿童游乐区分室内和室外。 早餐也很棒，用餐环境和桌面摆设都很满意，食物用的也比较讲究，总之是一次非常满意的体验之旅

环境很好，第一次住大陆的丽思卡尔顿，酒店给了免费升级，来回有大奔接送，五星好评，高考完度个假感觉很完美，下次来观澜湖还来丽思卡尔顿
