Reception staff are extremely friendly and professional, especially Ms. Siau Xin (pin yin). Housekeeping staff are equally friendly too. We have several interactions with the hotel manager Mr. Lim and he gave us an extremely good impression of the hotel as we get off the taxi. This first impression may have helped to make us view the hotel favorably throughout the whole walkthrough. He continued to give us excellent impressions of the hotel throughout our whole stay. I can tell that sometimes he went beyond his call of duty and within reasonable expectation to make our stay in the hotel as pleasant as possible without sacrificing the hotel's interests. All interactions with him proved he is a very natural competent business leader. The result is obvious if you look at how impressive all his team members behave.

Many snacks shops, fruits market, local supermarket nearby. Cheaper prices than Xihu area.
Negative point: Shower room not separated so the whole toilet will be wet :(

The room is very clean and the service is very great. Especially the staff, Ms.章. When I want to change the room, she directly let me change even though the room already so limited and she also serve us some tea while waiting. This hotel is definitely recommended!!!
