房间硬件设施可以，但卫生打扫比较马虎，阳台上还有没扔掉的方便面盒子。周边环境不错，湄江河、大茶壶、茶山，等等，湄潭还是一个值得一去的地方！

这样的星级酒店在县城算是独一无二的了，不管是位置、设施，还是服务都相当不错，尤其是房间里还有一个大大的浴缸，在这样寒冷的季节泡个澡，简直是太棒了，唯一需要改进的是卫生，阳台地上和花盆里都有好几个烟头，早餐也应再改进些。

酒店硬件设施建设得不错，但酒店管理人员素质太差。明明订的是豪华标间给的连普通标间都不如。经过交涉后还强辞夺理、欺瞒。最终又说是搞错了。只降了几十元。比普通标间还贵。真不知道怎么评价。可惜了这么好的酒店。

可能是刚开业不久 各项服务工作还在改进中 房间条件不错 但是淋雨间的排水情况太差 造成款洗间积水 需要整改 房间配备的有偿消费品不知是否因为这次入住是网订而没有摆放 酒店总体不错
