  房间衞生都很好，服务态度极差，凌晨夜班前台有个戴眼镜的服务员，怎么我朋友抽个烟带进大厅了，要枪毙啊，让他出去抽不就行了，那态度，不知道还以为是警察呢

  希尔顿欢朋一如既往的值得信赖，淡季预订价格非常有性价比。硬件设施咱们就不再赘述啦，説説软性服务吧，前台的小朱，小任和小庆，笑容温暖，态度很好，我们谘询和酒店无关的问题，也是耐心解答，孩子想画画，索要一张白纸，直接给2张，还问够用么。早餐也给孩子免费赠送了一份，菜品齐全，冷热搭配，荤素可口。还要表扬一下莉莉小姐，态度可亲，服务良好，职业素养很高，还给小孩送了贴纸画。

  酒店高大上档次，第一次来，特意问了杭州的同事説这个区是比较靠近景点且高级的。酒店附近有夜市，开到1点，非常方便，适合懒人。酒店清洁很好，工作人员服务很好。前台的小凡、小任姐姐都很高效办理入住和退房。酒店清洁阿姨12:30才会礼貌问我们起来了吗啥时候可以打扫，不会像其他那样9点把人吵醒，非常完美 下次还来！！！！
