设施：房间设施很有特点，插上房卡会自动播放音乐，中央空调、电灯和音乐的开关都在床两边，很方便。
衞生：衞生做的很乾净。
环境：周边就是杭州中心区域，距离西湖和商业区都很近。
服务：服务很不错。

这是我们第二次入住Ebo Hotel. 地点特别方便，一下楼地铁无障碍电梯就在旁边。往北往南都方便。附近就有武林夜市，和许多大商场。吃的琳琅满目。酒店哲远经理非常热情，和照顾周到。下次来还会入住这酒店。赞x5??????????

来中国我住了好几家酒店 有5星级的有4星级的 贵的也不一定好 还带那种旧旧的骚味 但是我还是最满意这家了 柜枱小姐姐都很友好 我们预订了一天还特别免费升级我们的房间 里面的设备齐全 还有浴缸??在外头逛一整天累了回来泡个热热的澡 爽死了 我们太太喜欢这个房间的氛围了 根本不舍得走 下次回来还要预约这家

酒店环境优雅，大堂宽敞明亮，房间设计现代化，乾净整洁，床垫软硬适中，睡眠质量很好。地理位置极佳，在地铁口，步行可到商圈和西湖，早餐丰富。房间设施齐全，5楼还有桌球和乒乓球，工作人员热情周到，很满意

在杭州玩4天，3晚都选在忆泊饭店（杭州西湖店），搭地铁1号线??在「凤起路站」D3出口出来，往左手边走～转个湾就可以抬头看到饭店招牌。搭电梯上五楼，先到大厅报到，会给房卡再上去客房（因为楼下有KTV及餐厅，所以上客房区6-10楼层，需要房卡感应才能按楼层，很安全）。
原订：云舍大床房，饭店升级成：忆舍精彩大床房，让空间更大了（好感谢??），还有大浴缸可以泡澡??舒缓。
餐厅的早餐??也很丰富，餐品随时都在补充，不怕太晚去没有餐品。
附近有（凤起路??C3出口出来～往孩儿街方向）武林夜市、宵夜美食ㄧ条街、 杭州嘉里中心逛到杭州湖滨银泰in77、湖滨步行区、西湖…非常方便。
若不想走太远觅食～出饭店大门往右走也有一些餐馆、全家、水果店可以选择。
饭店的服务人员都很客气??，饭店位置～地铁??转程、搭公交出游都很方便。

位置很好，凤起站D 3出口有升降机，步行到西湖，嘉里，武林夜市和银泰很方便，旺中带静?
中央空调，窗户可打开，但床头panel 很难操作，因为按钮太细看不清楚，浴室没有挂钩，但房间面积够大及清洁程度不错
前枱有礼，早餐以这房价来说很不错，有露天花园可吸烟
洗衣机及乾衣机各两部，有时要排队，尤其乾衣，两个钟仲系湿

Amazing hotel.
Friendly staffs and offered a free upgrade to our room. There are self-service laundry and dryer located in the lobby with detergent provided. The buffet breakfast was decent with various choices. It is also conveniently located near the West Lake and metro.
Recommended if you are travelling to Hangzhou!

1.Too easy to access EBO Hotel ,you go to MTR Fegqi Exit D3 ,when you get out the elevator ,you go ahead around 1 min.from the station,there are Bakery Shop , Home Made Restaurant that their menu are delicious and cheap and there are other food shops around the hotel as well.
2. Room is very clean ,nice bed and nice buffet breakfast.
3.You can use google translate to ask hotel staff to help you,they are very friendly.
