位置：就在西湖边上，晚餐后步行到西湖也是很惬意的。凤起路地铁口D3出口，地理位置好就不说，地铁还有垂直电梯到里面，获得我家母上好评呀～
环境：装修设计比较现代化，室内布局合理，厕所和淋浴间分开，有效的干湿分离。
服务：前台小哥哥和小姐姐服务很好，寄存服务也很棒。送的早餐也不错，种类多，品质很好??
2号入住是小姐姐还给房间升级了，赞一个??

设施：现代风酒店，设备齐全！大堂还可以打桌球，跑步机，乒乓球……
卫生：很干净没有明显的落灰，就是淋雨房门不是很灵光。马桶还备了一个一次性坐垫！
环境：定的凤起路店，去哪儿都方便。一号线地铁站出门就是的，离西湖和其他景点都近～最后一天住它家很开心！
服务：服务人员态度很好，寄存行李和送物品都很及时！还给免费升级房间了，送了小童早餐。并且早餐很好吃，种类也多，葱油拌面好吃?? 水果新鲜！
推荐亲子来杭州住它家，比全季性价比高！国庆500+良心价????

国庆假期入住大床房，房间设施已经老化，保洁很不到位。洗手池上有黄色的水垢，浴室地面上有很多水渍痕迹。?最令人难受的是，房间机器潮湿，床品枕头被褥都透露着一股潮气。卫生状况不佳，浴巾既不干燥也不很干净。服务一般，客房牙刷质量粗糙，拖鞋是循环使用的橡胶拖鞋且没有彻底清洁，浴室橡胶条已经泛黄发霉。走廊昏暗。隔音差，走廊内的脚步声、说话声听得清清楚楚。房间内空调无论如何调节，都极其寒冷，叠加本就潮湿的房间，睡眠很差，这次入住感受糟糕。

The hotels location is great, 1 min away from Fengqi station exit D. The room is quite big. The TV didn't work properly, even though I asked for someone to check it. The sound wasn't good, and you could only control it if you were sitting on the sofa. The cleaning wasn't great, housekeeping didn't spend much time in the room. The wasn't many washing machines and one was broke for 3 days. One elevator was also broke for 3 days. Breakfast was OK. The staff were nice though.
