This hotel is very convenient. Fenggi Road subway station is just beside the hotel. Surroundings are shops and eateries and bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in counter is on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and linen comfortable. DIY laundry is available for free. Morning breakfast is just as great.
What I dislike about this hotel is the lifts and surroundings are dimly lighted. The room will also greet you with a loud music once you enter. The setting of air-conditioning is difficult to adjust and I need to open the windows to let more cold air in to balance the temperature. Despite of these minor issues, the hotel is good to stay.

地理位置挺好的，附近就是武林夜市，房间也是智能型的，卫生也可以，早餐也好吃，服务人员都有礼貌，有机会还会入住这间酒店。

酒店位置很好，楼下步行两分钟便是地铁站，到大型商场及夜市也是10分钟左右的距离。在夜市步行到西湖大约5-10分钟。
早餐种类相对多，味道也不错！
床和枕头都很舒服，枕头提供两款选择，感到满意。
会考虑再入住 ～
唯独不太好的是房间这次面向大马路，会听到外面的车声音。

前台工作人员态度很好，帮忙升级了房间，有浴缸，孩子特别开心。这应该是西湖附近性价比很高很高的酒店了。走廊有点小，感觉房间挺密的，但是并不觉得吵，也有可能是因为我们错峰出游，人不多。离西湖很近，因为带着孩子，没有体验步行到西湖，都是打车来回，很方便。

柜台小姐姐 小哥哥 都很亲切。
我们十二点到达酒店 由于还有空房 她们让我们前早入住。半夜的航班让我们很累 在我们的旅程开始前 提早入住可以让我们休息一下。
酒店清洁也不错，早餐选择也不错 葱油拌面真的好吃， 床也好睡。
总体来说住宿体验很好。

因为行程有变，临时又定了一晚，刚开始不小心定错了，酒店也很乐意协助我取消后重定了，这一点很满意??酒店设计很年轻化，位置也方便，楼下就是地铁口，斜对面有武林夜市和嘉里中心，早餐也不错。不过第一晚入住的时候房间有点小问题，不过已经解决了，还是很推荐的。

Hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance to Westlake and night market. There is a pastry shop beside the hotel and the egg tarts are nice.

酒店提升房间，房间很大很舒服。地点很理想，近地铁站有邻近武林夜市。?地下铁有电梯直上到酒店?附近，方便携行李。早餐很好吃！
