Really amazing service, rooms were large and clean. Would stay here again. They ladies at the reception were so kind and helpful, and gave new free breakfast for two days. Gym is conveniently at the end of the halfway

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located, right next to the main shopping areas and beside West Lake, in the city’s main tourist district. It is also conveniently located right next to a metro station exit, which makes getting around extremely easy.
The rooms are spacious, and although our room did not have a window, the staff was very kind and helpful by turning on the air purifier for us, which made a big difference. The hotel also offers laundry services and a gym. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

祺悦西湖酒店给了我非常非常好的住宿体验！
出行时把护照弄丢了，前台的小姐姐们尽心尽力的帮我联系高铁公司的人及快运人员，积极跟踪护照到达时间，终于在最短的时间里把护照找会回来了！

酒店很大，有很多房间，多到有点迷路。
前台服务很热情，准备了热茶，还会带路。
房间很乾净！设施都是比较智能化的操作。
位置挨着西湖，可以在酒店露台欣赏到西湖的景色。临近湖滨，交通和吃饭都很方便

整体环境都挺不错的，并且下楼左拐就是杭州西湖的大石头打卡点，前台小徐、小晨和小邝的服务态度很好很热情，右转旁边就是银泰，很方便，性价比也很高，出门左转走三分钟就能到西湖边上，酒店也有一个可以看到西湖的露台，还是挺不错的，下次还会考虑这里

酒店位置距离杭州西湖核心，?出入非常的方便，?酒店宽敞，?五楼观景阳台可以完整的俯瞰西湖，?非常漂亮，?酒店的服务人员亲切周到，虽然酒店没有外床，?但是提供了空气滤镜器与加湿器，?居住舒适，?非常值得的推荐。

酒店出门就是西湖，楼顶花园可以直接看到西湖40％以上的湖面,周边吃饭很方便，这家酒店的服务非常好，运营小李态度友好，服务周到，给人宾至如归的感觉，房间乾净整洁，床铺舒适，设施齐全，地理位置非常便利，性价比超高，强烈推荐给大家

酒店在五楼，江南风格设计超爱。还有一个超大的露台，可以看西湖日落！超美的！早餐也不错，各种选择！小晨小邝小江非常nice，礼貌又贴心！房间也是很乾净的，每天都会打扫！性价比很高！下次来杭州还订这家！

第一次来杭州住在祺悦文化酒店，酒店环境优美，设施齐全，人性化服务，在这里感谢小晨，小邝，小江，做到有问必答，服务态度好，12月24日天气冷，他们就把我的下午茶送到房间，最主要这家酒店就在西湖景区附近，方便游玩，下次还来

在西湖边、这个价格、这个环境、这个服务，就我不多的经验、觉得是超值的。对于我们来説，最重要的是有人文气息、有人情味、乾净、一切可以不是最好但一切合理合适，这些，他们都满足。
这次、没机会吃早餐，但在宽敞的阳台可以看西湖景色时，
看到工作人员那么认真的、细致的、在清洗厨具、地面，
理解了，为何环境很舒服的原因了。
可以理解，为何他们可以把大的空间、用来展示演示一些文化（但不刻意）很恰到好处、不是很Push。
。
下次还会想来的。
（如果房间内的茶包、咖啡、质量提升一点会是惊喜的～～）
